Our Customer Service opening hours will change from 3 April 2017. Opening hours will be 8.45pm - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours will be 9am - 4.15pm, with credit/debit card payments only between 1pm and 2pm.

Roads and lighting

Road, pavement, lighting and bollard issues. Blue badge applications.

Apply online through the national website for the disabled parking permit.

Report faults in local roads that require maintenance.

Report faults (emergencies by telephone, non-emergencies online) in street and traffic lighting.

Report faults in pavements that require maintenance or repair.

Find out about grit bins and which main roads will be gritted.
