Our Customer Service opening hours will change from 3 April 2017. Opening hours will be 8.45pm - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours will be 9am - 4.15pm, with credit/debit card payments only between 1pm and 2pm.

Blue badge scheme

What happens after your blue badge application?

  • If you return a correctly completed blue badge application form to customer services and are entitled to a badge, we will issue that badge within 14 working days from receipt of your application.
  • If a decision to award a blue badge cannot be made within 14 working days customer services will contact you within 7 working days and tell you what will happen next.
  • If you currently hold a blue badge you will be notified 8 weeks prior to your current badge expiring by text, email or letter.
