Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

Dead animals on private property

The charge is £30.65 to remove a dead animal from a private property.


We work with the Cats Protection League to identify cats which have been chipped.

Information will be passed to the Cats Protections League who will help trace owners.
