I want to complain about the licensing process

If you have a complaint regarding the application process, the vehicle inspection process  or a member of the licensing team you should in the first instance contact customer services:

I want to complain about a taxi or private hire car

If you have a complaint regarding a licensed taxi/private hire driver or vehicle you should in the first instance contact the Booking Office you made the booking with. 

Once the complaint has been lodged with the Booking Office you should then contact the Civic Government Enforcement Officer if you are not satisfied that you complaint has been handled properly:
