The East Renfrewshire Council, in terms of Section 23(2)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, hereby give NOTICE of the intention to establish a Puffin Crossing at the following location.

The location of the crossing has been chosen to ensure that there is a link for pedestrians to cross between Newton Heights & Mearns Green to Greenlaw Village, that also keeps the traffic moving safely.

Alterations to Greenlaw Village Roundabout are proposed to:

  • Improve visibility from Greenlaw Village
  • Improve circulation around roundabout.

Refurbished & improved set out of lane markings on Crookfur Road & South Greenlaw Way approaching Greenlaw Village Roundabout.
