Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

Consumer advice and support

If you have any consumer advice queries you should call Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 03454 04 05 06, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm excluding bank holidays

If Citizens Advice are unable to assist they will pass your enquiry to Trading Standards.

You can also use the Ofcom website which advice on issues such as avoiding nuisance contacts.
