Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

Graffiti removal

You can report graffiti online. It is quick and easy to do so and your report will be received by the Street Cleaning team immediately.

We will try to remove graffiti as quickly as possible. However, it must be noted that the Council cannot remove graffiti from privately owned property without prior consent of the owner and this may take some time to obtain.

We work closely with Scottish Power, Virgin Media and BT to remove graffiti from their utility boxes. If graffiti appears on utility boxes owned by other companies please report this directly to the company concerned.
