Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

Report a missed bin

Find out what to do if you think we've missed your bin collection.

Before you report a missed bin

Please confirm:

  • it's after 3pm on your collection day
  • your bin was out on the kerb by 7am on your collection day
  • your bin was not too heavy to be lifted by our collection crew
  • your bin didn't have a sticker to mark it had the wrong items in it

Report a missed bin

Please let us know about a missed bin within 72 hours.

Waste not in your bin

We'll only collect non-recyclable waste contained in your grey bin. For excess waste that doesn't fit in your grey bin, you can request a special uplift. You can also visit one of our household waste and recycling centres.

For additional green and blue bins, please put additional recycling in containers next to your bin.

We only collect food and garden waste contained in your brown bin.
