HEEPS: Warmer Homes Scotland Scheme

A new Scottish Government funded energy efficiency scheme, Warmer Homes Scotland, is now open for applications.

Warmer Homes Scotland is a £224m scheme which is designed to help people make their homes warmer and more comfortable by installing a range of energy efficiency measures. Assistance is being offered to homeowners and private sector tenants, who have lived in their property for at least six months, and who meet the qualifying criteria.  Potential measures include:

  • Wall insulation
  • Loft insulation
  • Draught-proofing
  • Central heating
  • Renewables
