Our updated service standards are contained in our Customer Service Charter:

The Scottish Government has a system for looking at the performance of planning authorities across Scotland. Each authority has to submit to the Scottish Government a Planning Performance Framework to a common format. The council's latest Framework was produced and submitted in July 2016:

The Framework looks at National Headline Indicators; actions that the council has taken to define and measure its planning service; and includes service improvements for 2015/16. It also includes some statistics on the comparative performance of the Service.
