'I was slowly sinking under the pressure of caring. We were advised to go to Talking Points to see if they could help. Well the help button was pressed and this is what happened. Danielle the OT got us a pillow lifter, a new pull pit chair, a visit from the incontinence nurse and a visit from the physiotherapist.  Fantastic...... Many, many thanks to Talking Points. We owe you big time.' Mr and Mrs H

'I hadn't heard of Talking Points, but ... I had an excellent conversation and the follow up was brilliant as they visited me the next day! I got everything I was looking for including PIP which I didn't know about.' Mrs D

'I heard about Talking Points through Recovery across Mental Health (RAMH) and my conversation with the Talking Points Team was first class. I got all the information and help I needed and my Home adjustments are now in place. Everything's sorted.' Mrs H
