Use this service to register to be an approved sports club.

Eligibility criteria

You must submit evidence of the following before your club can be registered as an approved sports club: 

Under 19's

  • Club Constitution
  • Child Protection Policy
  • Must be registered with a local/national association in order to apply for lets
  • Must have achieved the SFA Quality Mark (evidence required)
  • Must be registered with SYFA & provide SYFA ID

Over 19's

  • Club Constitution
  • Must be registered with a local/national association in order to apply for lets

Only the named person(s) on the registration documentation can make enquiries and/or additional bookings/cancellations on behalf of their team/club/organisation.

Named person(s) are limited to three per member (i.e. club contact, team contact and another).

What happens next?

Once you've submitted the form, you'll get an email confirming if you have registered successfully. We will contact you within 5 working days if we require further information.
