How we allocate our council houses

Our allocations policy sets out the rules on how we give out council houses.

Our allocation policy states how many points are awarded due to certain circumstances. It also sets out how priority groups of applicants are decided.

We'll prioritise people who have the greatest need for housing while meeting our legal responsibilities for allocating homes.
