You may have noticed recent publicity in the press relating to Ash dieback disease. For the most up to date information please refer to The Forestry Commission web-page, this includes details for reporting suspected cases.

Tree Preservation Orders

You require consent from us if you wish to undertake works to trees covered by a Tree Preservation Order (TPO) area. Full details are provided by our planning service:

Council owned property

If the trees are not in a TPO or Conservation area and you are in a council owned house you should contact your local housing officer to discuss the works.
