You can find online warrants from the year 2000.

You can also search for:

• applications for warrants
• amendments to warrants
• submissions of completion certificates
• decisions of submissions
• energy performance certificate details (new builds only)
• particulars of notices
• certificates of approved certifiers of design or construction (includes warrants, completion certificates and any enforcement notices)
