This electronic form allows companies to register their services so they can be considered for use by our employees.
Online Trading Network
The Online Trading Network (OTN) is a council directory where companies can register their business to be considered for low value opportunities. To register for the OTN, you can complete a supplier sign up form.
Before you start
You'll need:
- your business' VAT registration number
- financial information on turnover
- details of any membership/accreditations

What happens next?
Once you have completed the OTN sign up form, we'll aim to add you to the OTN within 3 working days.
You'll be invited to quote for low value work directly by Council Officers or to respond to Quick Quote via Public Contracts Scotland (where you're required to register as a supplier separately) as and when opportunities become available.
