Case for Change
To support the Main Issues consultation, a Draft Case for Change Report has been prepared.
The Case for Change represents the first stage of Local Transport Strategy development. This draws on wider policy and evidence relating to transport in the area and identifies a number of transport problems and priorities for action.
The Case for Change will be updated following community and stakeholder feedback and used to develop specific Local Transport Strategy policies and plans.
