Read the terms and conditions for the East Renfrewshire Council Transport Survey prize draw

This prize draw is open to eligible individuals only and not organisations or businesses.
Participants must opt into the prize draw and provide name, telephone or email address on the survey form to be eligible.
The prize draw will close at 11:00pm 19 July 2023.
10 winners will be drawn at random within two weeks of survey closing. This takes into account any extension to survey deadlines that may be forthcoming.
Each winner will receive one £50 gift card courtesy of East Renfrewshire Council made available with funding provided by Sustrans Places for Everyone programme.
No cash alternatives will be offered.
East Renfrewshire Council accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment experienced from entering the draw by an entrant or by an entrant's acceptance of the prize.
Engage Scotland are data processors on behalf of East Renfrewshire Council. Personal details provided are strictly confidential and will be processed in line with East Renfrewshire's privacy policy.
The information supplied will be used by East Renfrewshire Council for the purposes of the prize draw, this includes contacting participants by post, email or telephone in order to request delivery information and verify identity where necessary.
East Renfrewshire Council reserves the right to re-draw winners if they cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time or disqualify entrants and re-draw a winner if there are grounds to believe these terms and conditions have been contravened.
East Renfrewshire Council reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions.
