If you're not able to commit to a regular work pattern, then please still get in touch, as we can discuss how you could potentially join our bank of staff, who cover absence within the service when the need arises.

The hourly rate starts at £10.79. Enhancements are paid for weekend and evening working. Working with us, you'll also receive generous annual leave entitlement, access to the local government pension scheme and a range of attractive benefits.

What happens next

Within 4 working days a member of the team will give you a call for an informal chat. You'll then be emailed a link to complete an application.

Providing you're successful you'll then be contacted to attend an interview and asked to complete Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) membership scheme paperwork. This will allow us to check for any criminal offences, which must be disclosed in advance.
