You can access a range of online East Renfrewshire Council services with an online account.
With a MyEastRen account you'll be able to:
- Automatically populate forms with your details
- Log requests
- Make payments
- Apply for benefits
- View your bin collection dates
- You can also log into Citizen Access to manage your Council Tax online.
My Account
Registration and sign-in for your online account is powered by the Scottish Government's 'mygovscot' service. It checks who you are and allows you to use a single user name and password to access a range of Scottish public services online.
Creating your account is easy - all you need is an email address:

If you have already registered with 'mygovscot' you can sign in straight away.
During the soft launch period we have hidden the log in button. In future you will be able to access your MyEastRen account using this page.
