Supporting your wellbeing

Welcome to our supporting your wellbeing booking page

We have an ongoing wellness offer for staff and volunteers throughout the year. It's all free, great for your health and wellbeing, fun, and available to everyone across ERC and HSCP.

All classes are suitable for all fitness levels, and we have made sure that there is something for everyone, however some classes are more challenging than others, and we would advise you to come along for a taster session to see if it suits you.

Please speak to your GP if you have any health concerns before attending.

Why not bring a colleague and try the session together, or as a team? Please follow the booking instructions below.

The activities on offer have been chosen based on feedback from staff/volunteer wellbeing surveys, and wellbeing conversations with individuals and teams across the HSCP.

Here are some of the things you told us you'd like a chance to take part in that will help keep you well in work - and we hope it does just that.

Outdoor exercise class - Gartnvl/Stobhill/Eastwood HC/New Vic/QEUH/GRI (various days/times)

Guided health walks around Scotland
(4-6hrs walking time)

Live online:

Boxercise - Sat 10am

Chair exercise - Monday 5pm

Lets get moving - Tuesday 6.30pm
(perfect for those returning to exercise)

Take max of 20 mins during your working day, and access one of a choice online wellbeing sessions, which can
help combat the build up of work related stress.

ERC staff can now also make use of the new Barrhead Wellbeing rooms - no need to book.

This is an opportunity to come together with colleagues who are unpaid carers, and to share experiences, support each other and to access wellbeing support.
