Online wellness sessions
To help you reduce the build up of stress in under 20 mins, access our wellbeing stress circuit breaker sessions
Sometimes we all need time out to reset - to break that cycle of stress in work - and these videos will help you do that.
Here you can access various bite-sized online sessions lasting a maximum of 20 minutes.
Sessions will include mindfulness, simple yoga, breathing, stretching, relaxation and other stress busting options such as Scottish Ballet's excellent Health at Hand sessions (relax/energise/restore/rejuvenate).
Simply find a space away from your work station and view the videos below or book one of our wellness rooms at Barrhead or Eastwood Health Centres. Staff can also access the Wellbeing Rooms at the newly refurbished Barrhead HQ offices. No need to book, accessible for any wellbeing activities.
