Community Information

Antisocial Investigations Team

Report antisocial behaviour on 0800 013 0076 or find out how we can help.

Antisocial behaviour causes fear or distress. It usually involves:

  • disturbance
  • noise
  • verbal or physical abuse

What we can do

Examples include

Antisocial Behaviour Contract

This is where those involved enter an agreement with us and the police where they agree to stop the antisocial behaviour.

Antisocial Behaviour Order

If this doesn't work we might ask the court for an Antisocial Behaviour Order (ASBO).

This is a civil order where the court orders those involved to stop the antisocial behaviour.

If the behaviour continues it's a criminal offence which can be reported to the police.

Contact

Phone the Ring and Report helpline on 0800 013 0076.

The line is open 7 days a week from 7.30am to midnight.
