A duty surveyor is available at our office on a Tuesday and Thursday between 9am and 1pm only. There won't be anyone from the Building Standards team available out with these times. Please don't visit our office at any other time unless you have a pre-arranged appointment.

- Completion certificates
- Planning permission
- Drawings
Before you start
We hold building warrant records for up to 25 years..
The cost for document search is £67.55.
Eligibility criteria
You must have a legitimate interest in the property that the documents relate to.
What happens next?
We will undertake a search and notify you if we have documentation.
If we have documentation you will be sent a request for payment for a copy of each of the document types.
