About the Health and Social Care Partnership

The Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is responsible for delivering community health and social care services for adults and children in East Renfrewshire, as well as justice social work.

The HSCP is a partnership between East Renfrewshire Council and NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde.

Our vision

Our vision is to work together with the people of East Renfrewshire to improve lives.

We will achieve this by:

• valuing what matters to people
• building capacity with individuals and communities
• focusing on outcomes, not services

Integration Joint Board

The IJB is a independent board - a legal body that is seperate from the Council and Health Board.

It is responsible for planning and monitoring the community health and social care services that the HSCP delivers.
