Under One Roof is coming to East Ren️
We're hosting an event with Under One Roof for private landlords, short-term let hosts, letting agents and owners living in flatted accommodation in East Ren.
This event will cover a range of topics including:
- tenement management and maintenance,
- communal repairs,
- owner responsibilities,
- retrofitting properties,
- energy efficiency measures.
We'll have a range of services on hand to offer information and advice throughout the afternoon and there'll be two presentations by Under One Roof for owners and landlords/hosts.
It's taking place on Monday 27 February from 1pm until 5pm at the Barrhead Foundry (Main Street, Barrhead, G78 1SW).
Presentations: 1.30pm for Owners and 3.30pm for Private Landlords/Hosts/Agents
