Bid for a council house

Properties will next be advertised on Wednesday 4 September at 12pm and will close on Monday 9 September at 9am.

You should only bid on properties that are open to your Priority Pass and bedroom entitlement. Your bid will not be accepted if don't meet the criteria for the property.

Your Priority Pass and bedroom entitlement are detailed in the registration letter you received.

Before you begin, you should register so you can receive a reference number. You need this reference number to bid on our properties.  Please request an application form from one of our offices.

We will only contact those who are successful with their bids.

Please note that duplicate bids will not be registered.

From Wednesday 25 September bidding for a council property will be done through our self-service online portal, MyEastRen. Make sure you're ready and register your account.
