The Boundary Commission for Scotland is responsible for reviews of:

  • constituencies in Scotland for the UK Parliament
  • constituencies and regions for the Scottish Parliament

Full reviews of UK Parliament constituencies are carried out every 5 years.

Full reviews of Scottish Parliament boundaries are carried out approximately every 10 years, with reviews in between as required.
