If you experience an injury within East Renfrewshire, you may wish to make a claim for compensation through us. This is called a public liability claim or personal injury claim.

Before you start

You'll need all the details relating to your claim such as: 

  • Date of incident
  • Time of incident
  • Description of incident
  • What you're claiming for

We would also require quotes for any items or works carried out.

Supporting documentation

You can attach documents in support of your application, such as quotations and photographs of damage.

Types of files accepted as attachments include: gif, jpg, jpeg, tif, tiff, bmp, png and pdf.

There is a 2MB size limit on all files that can be attached.
