If you experience damage, loss or harm in relation to yourself or your vehicle by an East Renfrewshire Council vehicle, you may wish to make a claim for compensation. 

You'll also need all the details relating to your claim such as: 

• Date of incident
• Time of incident
• Description of incident
• What you're claiming for
• Why you think we're responsible 
• The registration number of the East Renfrewshire vehicle that caused the damage

We would also require quotes for any items or works carried out.

You can attach documents in support of your application, such as quotations and photographs of damage.
