We currently have sheltered accommodation homes available to let across the Eastwood side of East Renfrewshire.
The complexes are located at Waterford Road in Giffnock and Fordyce Court in Newton Mearns.
Our sheltered accommodation, which is suitable for people who are 60 years of age or over, provides a service which offers secure accommodation and peace of mind to our residents.
There is a warden on site at least five days a week and individual flats are fitted with a community alarm system. The building has a secure door entry system in place and we provide a daily welfare call to our tenants.
The average rental charge is £84.48 per week and this includes the heating cost to the flat and access to laundry facilities. There is also a small warden service charge of around £6.00 per week.
Although currently at reduced capacity due to Covid-19 restrictions, each complex has a communal lounge where regular social activities are facilitated and there is a large garden space for residents to enjoy.
