Use this service to pay a parking fine.

Before you start

You need these details to pay a parking fine:

• Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) number. For example, ER87654321
• Vehicle registration number

How to pay

Phone 0141 577 4699. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm.

You can pay by most debit or credit cards except:

• American Express
• Diners Club
• Electron

Cheque

Include your PCN number and make cheques payable to:

Payments by cheque must be received at the above address within 14 days of issue in order to be eligible for the 50% reduced charge.

Appeal a parking fine 

When we issue a PCN it's the start of a legal process.

You can only appeal your PCN in writing. Send it to:
