Details about the current Disabled Persons Parking Places On-Street Traffic Regulation Order (TRO)
The Disabled Persons' Parking Places (Scotland) Act 2009 requires local authorities in Scotland to designate and control the use of disabled persons' parking spaces.
In order to fulfil this requirement a Traffic Regulation Order has been promoted which designates on-street parking spaces for the exclusive use of vehicles displaying in an appropriate manner a valid Blue Badge.
