Housing land audit

The housing land audit is updated annually and sets out the planning status and future build rates for housing sites over a 7-year period. The most recent update was 31 March 2022.

As part of the production of the housing land audit we work closely with Homes for Scotland (HFS) over the programming and effectiveness of sites. The programming within the audit has been discussed and agreed with HFS.
