Our planning office is currently closed due to Covid-19. However, you can still get in touch with us by phone or email. You can phone to speak to an officer on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8.45am to 1pm, or you may leave a message at any time and someone will get back to you.

The Planning Officer can answer general enquiries and give advice on planning applications and development management.

Contacting us at other times
Planning Officers aren't available after 1pm.
If you phone after this time, you can leave a message and the Planning Officer will contact you as soon as possible.
Please note, from 1 October 2020, due to a significant backlog of work that has built up from the Covid-19 lockdown, we're unable to offer verbal or written pre-application planning advice for most developments. Exceptions will be made for major developments and those promoting significant economical benefit and job opportunities. In such a case, email your enquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org. We apologise to customers for any inconvenience that this causes and we aim to restore the service as soon as possible.
