Apply online for planning permission.
The Development Management Service is currently unable to provide applicants with updates on live applications, however we'll process applications as quickly as possible.
Before you start
- You need to submit relevant plans, drawings and information
- Make sure you have the correct supporting documents
- You need your reference number to pay your fee
- You pay your fee after submitting your application

Complete a Non-material Variation application online

Email completed forms to the Planning team.
Please note, there's no additional administration fee for submitting the above applications by email or in paper.
What happens next
We'll respond within 20 working days from when we get your application and fee. We'll write to you to confirm if your application is valid and ready to process.
Non-material variations
If you wish to make any substantial alterations to your proposal once you have consent, then you'll need to apply again. However, if it's only a minor (non-material) change then you can apply for a non-material variation
Fees and how to pay
We no longer accept cheques. You can only pay by debit card or credit card.

Lines are open Monday to Friday between 9am and 4.15pm. You must quote the reference number or address that the planning application relates to.
