Apply and pay for a market stall licence.
Before you start
To run a market in East Renfrewshire you need to obtain a market operator's licence.
A market operator's licence isn't needed if the market relates to functions held by charitable, religious, youth, recreational, community, political or similar organisations, or is held only for the sale of livestock, fodder or grain.

If your application is refused
If your licence is refused you can appeal to the Sheriff by writing to Paisley Sheriff Court.
The appeal must be made within 28 days of the refusal.
