Our Customer Service opening hours are 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. The Payment Centre hours are 9am - 4.15pm, with only credit/debit card payments (not cash) between 1pm and 2pm.

The Prevention Team encourages safety in the home. Infants and your children can be at risk from hazards in the home which may not be obvious to a busy parent. See our guide and useful links. The Prevention Team can attend community groups and discuss the simple measures you can take to keep your family safe.
